Diamondback Moths, (Plutella xylostella), cost 4-5 billion dollars in damages to cruciferous plants.  The main problem with current methods of pest management is that moths develop resistance through natural mutations and low exposure of insecticides. Our team has proposed a solution involving creating transgenic plants that would include 2 different toxins, therefore disabling any natural mutations through the secondary toxin.
