Objective: We aim to design bioluminescent plants using luciferase, a bioluminescent protein.

Techniques: We plan to use protein-conjugated nanoparticle injection and agrobacterium gene transfer

Results: Our test for nanoparticle localization has  resulted in partial detection of nanoparticles in varying plants
